RE: Destroyed First (or Second and Third) Degree Ceremonial Booklet

Dear Brother Nolan:

Our council is located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and as I am sure you are aware of, many homes, Churches, and council homes suffered great damage. Among the items lost during hurricane Katrina were our council’s (new) (old) Ceremonial booklets.

The booklets were not found after an exhaustive search of the debris left behind. I can also assure you there were no photographic copies of the booklets.

We have advised our District Deputy and the State Ceremonial’s Chairman of this situation and I have been advised to request issuance of the current First (Second, Third) Degree Ceremonial Booklet(s).
